Just have her car towed, which is your legal right to do so, and if that doesn't teach her keeping doing it. I'm sure you will also make a new friend (the tow company)

Is your neighbor parking his car on your property or on the street in front of your property? If it is on the street, there is nothing you can do. If it is ON your property, tell him to remove it or you will call a tow truck to remove it for him and he will be responsible for all the charges. I would suggest sending him a registered letter to that effect so you can prove that you warned him about the consequences. You may also want to consider building a fence.
The "law" about what she is doing that is wrong is called "trespassing" on your property.

If you are absolutely positive its your property (sometimes where the lot lines are get lost in people's memories over time) and it's really bothering you, why don't you have a lawyer write them a letter. It shouldn't cost too much money for a consultation and the letter. In my community a consultation and letter may cost $50 or so. Yours of course will be different. The lawyer can explain your rights and your recourse if the behavior continues after the letter.
Beware though, if the back and forth escalates, then there might be bad blood between the two of you and resulting problems. It just might not be worth it...
GOOD LUCK

I suggest you put up a sign saying cars illegally parked will be towed at the owner's expense. When she next parks there, call a tow company to take the car away. I'm pretty sure she won't do it again!

If it is ON your property, it is a form of trespassing.
It probably isn't criminal trespass. What you probably want to do is take them to court and get a Restraining Order that says they can't park there. If that happens and they park there anyway, THEN it is a criminal act.
Be sure it's your property. The street in front of your house isn't yours, they'd have to be on your lawn or driveway.

If it is on your property, call the police and have it towed. She has no right to park her car wherever she chooses.
