that's called free enterprise and capitalism at its finest. alcohol, tobacco, and firearms are 3 things you could get busted for selling across state lines because of the tax and registration implications.

eBay is a prime example of that exact selling strategy.
So long as you represent them accurately (that is, don't take a Folex you bought for $10 in NYC and try to sell it in Atlanta as a Rolex for $100) then it's generally not illegal.

Buy low/sell high. Very sound business principle that seems to apply to everything but event tix.
Better than going somewhere to resell them, try eBay.

Check with the state/city that you plan on selling the items in. Laws differ per state/city so there is no real direct answer I can give you.

this is prefectly legal. in fact, its how the world goes round. the people you bought the shoes in georgia from, bought them from a wholesaler who bought them from a chinese dealer, who bought them in china. every step of the way, the price has been jacked up a little until it gets to you. this is how everyone makes money. think about it....

That is called free enterprise. If you have a market for the goods at the price you are selling them at there is no crime in good ol' american enterprise. Good luck.

I don't think so. Usually that's done in a flea market though.
