I hate that song. Who the hell would want that for a wedding song? It's like having Every Breath You Take or White Wedding.

I think it's really more about a guy wanting to be with his ex-girlfriend instead of his current girlfriend. I don't think any actual cheating ever takes place in the song. Still, I think it makes a terrible wedding song, because it's still basically about infidelity-the guy's being emotionally unfaithful to his new girlfriend, and that's almost as bad as being physically unfaithful, I think...

I don't think it would make a very good wedding song either....To me it is about how hard it is to NOT cheat on your girlfriend when an X comes around and calls you and you never had closure on that relationship....

I don't know why anyone would choose that as a wedding song.
It depends what you consider cheating, but he is hiding his relationship with his ex from his current gf, weather or not they are having sex, it is still unappropriate for him to be speaking to her and saying that stuff behind his gfs back, and in that way it could be considered cheating.

It's about him wanting to cheat on his girlfriend with his ex. Anyone who wants it as their wedding song obviously hasn't listened to the whole thing.

This is my post regarding another question for the same song...

Nope, I don't.
I won't listen to that one, either.
I listened to the original one once, just to hear it, because my sister told me about it.
It ticked me off for some strange reason.
Maybe it is because it is just another promotion for cheating in America and how it is sad what some women put up with because they don't want to be "alone".
So you stay with someone who doesn't care???
Nice.

Sorry, but I see way too many people in my profession that are in this situation and it is depressing
