I need a play idea soon cause I have to write a whole play by tommorow and I have no idea and my teacher wont postpone the assignment since I have two tests tommorow....It has to be about 5-8 pages by tommorow and also it's a single act play....I need a good idea cause my teacher is tough on me so I need to impress him.....I would most likely like a deep play with thought....I just need an idea...PLEASE>>>>>ASAP

Ok, you need simple. Just write a conversation between a few people. You could make it a conversation that you would like to have with someone (if you want to make it mean something, if you could have a conversation with the President, with Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr, with the Pope, etc what would you want it to be like?).
Or, if there is something major going on in your school or community, stage an ideal conversation or ideal solution to it.

How about "a day in the life" of the teachers at your school? Imagine what it might be like in the teachers' lounge...
If you really wanted to impress him, you wouldn't be starting an assignment like this the night before it's due.

what is this play supposed to be about? a true story, something from history, or a work of fiction? a comedy or something serious? how many actors are you going to need?
