Do you have a legitimate reason for trying to bypass a password?
If so, there are programs to change the password. If you provide more details I can provide more info on how to do it.
I will not, and hope no one else here would, help you illegally gain access to a machine.

It depends on the model, but most motherboards have a jumper on them to rest the password. Open the case and look for a jumper labled PSW or PWD.
If you are not sure what a jumper is, don't mess around. Ask your local 10 year old.
The question is a system password, not a Windows password right?

You can try going through safe mode by pressing F8 when the computer screen boots up. If they don't have the administrater blocked with a password you can go in and reset the password. I have heard their is another way, but its very complex.
