It relies upon how far North in Houston you mean. no matter if it remains contained in the city limits, then no that is a nasty section. no matter if that is North of it, extremely once you get to Spring/Klein section and extra North. Cypresswood subdivision is in Spring (North of Houston) and has a continuation of Ella, that is valuable.
