Every pregnancy is different. Some women don't experience morning sickness until their second trimester, while some experience it early on. However, after 11 days after conception, the only thing going on in your body is the splitting of cells and the changing of hormones. This CAN make you feel nauseous, and other things. Go to BabyCenter.com--they have many articles, message boards, and other tips and tricks to help you keep track of your pregnancy. All of their articles are reviewed by doctors.

It's possible. What they would be most apt to notice is the slight sensation of cramps when implantation on the uterine wall takes place.
Apropos of nothing at all, this is another reason why I don't like the new avatars. I'm sure you're a gal, and I am too, but looking at our avatars seems as though two guys are discussing pregnancy issues, which I'm sure would be a pretty rare event!

The start of symptoms depends on the person. Some women start having some symptoms 7 days later. Some women don't have symptoms at all. It is an individual thing.

If you mean sore breasts and feeling sick, then yes, very possible. Some people get symptoms the day they conceive. You need to take a pregnancy test, that is the only way to be sure.

More than likely the only thing that you will notice in that short time period is a late or missed period.

It is very possible to experience syptoms but most women mistake them as they are the same as the symptoms of PMS. To me, it just felt like my period was coming on (cramps, bloating, tiredness.)

A lot of women I have known have claimed to "just know". So may very well be. Best to assume that you are until you prove otherwise, you know??
