Hi there

Virgin Vie have got a lovely range. Sunshine skin is one of my favourites.

Its coloured so you can see where its going and theres no nasty smell with it. The best thing about it is that it gives a really natural tan so you don't look as if you've been 'tangoed'!!

Couple of tips for using it though:

* Use an exfoliator to get rid of any dead skin cells especially on your knees, ankles and elbows
* Use loads of body moisturiser to soften your skin
* Then put on the self tan
* If you want to do your face you can always mix a bit of self tan with some moisuriser so its not as dark - you can always do it again later

I've not found one that doesn't- but I seem to have some talent in applying self tan ( a great talent to have) my friends all have troub;e! I'ld go for a moisturiser with a hint of self tan as suggested by the girl above- heaps of makes do them, and they are much more reliable. The only thing I find streaky is the wipes- avoid them!

Most fake tans work well if you shower and exfoliate with a mild body scrub first, to give an even result. Then build up gradually, using a medium colour, to avoid the tangerine look.

Good for you!

I just attended a public health conference with one hour on sun safety - the presenter had had melanoma & now she taught sun safety in the area schools. Tan in a tube is the way to go! I'm sorry, I don't know the brands, but just wanted to wish you a long & healthy life with healthy skin & many beautiful sunny days ahead of you!

;-)

I use to Dove moisture glow .. it just applys a hint of color and then everyday you get a bit darker. But it keeps you from getting all streaky or blots..

St Tropez Mousse is good, I apply it with a rubber glove on my hand. Its the only one that doesn't streak on me and it lasts for almost a week!
