I would say George Strait.. cuz he has produced more hits and well elvis is not a good role modle for ppl.. he did kill himself.. Strait lost his daughter or his son and he went on with life.. elvis didnt seam to care about life..

George Strait, hands down. LoriBeth said they are totally different, but they aren't. Elvis is played on country stations, and he wasn't really rock n roll.

neither are better. they're from completely different genres, so they can't really be compared. i'm a fan of both, but if i had to choose, i'd go with elvis, because he pioneered the entire rock and roll industry, and his career has made a huge impact on the way music is today.

You can't compare the two. They are two very different entertainers. It was George's daughter he lost in a car accident. And yet, he's gone on to entertain millions.
