Ive never been into pet names but lately my boyfriend calls me his sugarplum, sweetcheeks or honeybun. Personally i find them a little corny but im starting to come round.

Would be nice to have a pet name for him as I can never think of anything sweet to call him back. When it comes to Xmas,Birthday or Valentine cards it would be nice to sign it off with a pet name for me and him, rather than our usual names.

Are there any women out there who have pet names for men. Do you have a pet name for your other half?

Please tell me them so i can use them for my man. Any romantic or silly ones will be much appreciated!!

xx

I've used 'Babe' for thirty years. It was what my mom called my dad as a term of affection and it seemed endearing without being corny. My husband has never objected. I also will call out 'Hey Handsome' when I'm greeting him from a distance. It makes him puff up with pride to know I still feel that way about him.

I call my DBF Dobey. He is a character from Harry Potter-we were watching the movie and the characteristics in the movie just reminded us of him. That is the name he has gone by for years. It is difficult to call him by his real name now.

Mine calls me Honey, Sweetie, Darlin' and Dear. Or figure one out from his actual name. Also, using his name and calling him "mine" or "my" is also sweet, ie; my Tim, or my guy or my man.
