skool? first of all, it isnt cool or edgy to spell it like that, it is ignorant. further, you will not get your official transcript from them if you owe them money and therefore your credits will not count at another SCHOOL

You can start fresh but eventually they will pull up that you owe another academic institution money and they might hold the records at your new school. Just pay it off because your academic records are on hold at your old school, if its more than a few hundred dollars they will go after you with a claims company, and it will reflect your credit rating if you care about that.
