Jaywalk is correct, but in addition to Peter Pan-Bonanza buses you might have one other good option:

I checked other bus companies for you and Greyhound runs from Providence to Logan Airport but not at times that would be convenient for you (1:10PM or 10:30 PM).

So, your other option is to take the MBTA commuter rail from Providence all the way to South Station, which shouldn't take more than an hour. From South Station you can transfer to the MBTA Silver Line. At 6 PM on a Friday night, Silver Line buses leave every ten minutes. They make the trip to Logan in 25 minutes or less.

Some of the bus schedules that I checked for you (Greyhound for example) show travel times of 2 hours 20 minutes between Providence and Logan Airport. Taking the Commuter Rail-Silver Line route should get you to Logan in less than 1:45 (comfortably) which is just about the same as the Peter Pan bus but much, much cheaper. It's $22.00 for one-way Peter Pan bus fare compared to $5.90 ($5.00 for the commuter rail, 90¢ for the Silver Line) if you go the rail-bus route.

I would personally recommend the commuter rail option. You never know what the southeast expressway would be like on a Friday at rush hour (even though you'll be going against most of the traffic).

The cheapest way would be to take the commuter rail. It's Boston's public transportation system, and a few years back was extended down through provident. You can check out www.mbta.com for times, prices and maps. If you don't think that will work out, because it is slightly slower than a regular train; just take a bus. Peter Pan is the only one I know which goes from Providence to Boston. Best of luck to you!

in case you could fly to Boston's Logan airport(BOS)you may get direct bus service from there to windfall RI....in case you will JFK worldwide Airport in NYC, then i could sugest the Bonanza Bus(which i think of is Peter Pan Bus strains). From Logan worldwide Airport (Boston), take the Bonanza bus o windfall ($sixteen.00 one way or $28.ninety 5 around holiday). Buses run extraordinarily much hourly (on the 0.5 hour) and flow for the time of the terminal section. Bonanza and Greyhound bus strains grant service to windfall from NYC.

I believe you first must get a bus from Providence Airport to downtown Providence, then change to either the train or to Bonanza bus for Boston.

However, direct shuttle busses have just begun from Manchester Airport to Boston. If you can change your ticket from Providence arrival to Manchester arrival it may be easier.
