You could ask your doctor, but I think it all depends on heredity (your genes).

A simple trick to appearing taller: stand and sit up straight. If you slouch, you will look shorter.

You would need to drop all of your bad habits, including intake of smoke, and alcohol. Eat healthy, exercise daily, and make sure there isnt any problems with yourself internally. i.e.: Liver congestion, hormonal imbalance, etc.

Dont listen to the lady above. She is only PARTIALLY correct. There is no definitive age as to when human males stop growing. It all depends on your own personal growth process. It also has to do with hormones and things. Generally people stop growing by the time they are 25 or so, but dont count on it too much. This is more for the short guys like me that might be late bloomers.

Eat healthy. Sleep for a couple of hours a night. But i think it is too late for you. People stop growing when they are twenty years old and i think it is nearly the end of your growth. Sorry!

Wear heals, walk on stilts or wear platform shoes. Otherwise, there is nothingyou can do to increase your height.
