Do you think O.J. Simpson should be allowed to sell his book?
I think he should be denyed the right simply because he is making a mockery of the death of 2 people and he is seen on T.V. laughing and joking as he talks about it.
I have no doubt in my mind he kkilled them and now just because he got away with it he gets to sell a book on "how" he did it?
What kind of world are we living in?

He legally has the right to sell a book.

Hell, I personally think that he should. If my daughter was killed, and the killer was found innocent, and THEN wrote a book on it, I'd hire someone to, or kill him myself. Of course, I'd have done that right after the trial, so a book wouldn't be an issue.

But, there are technicalities and he's a celebrity, and this is America... so it all worked out for him.

This is very tragic, for everyone involved. But maybe this book will generate income that could finally pay off his civil suit to the families... I cant imagine how messed up his family (kids) or everyone families will be over this whole thing... He will have to answer to the man above, not us.... Yes everyone has a right to tell there story.... As its been done so many other times.... But know this, Its things like this that allow us to realize how sane we are....

I think above all the media should stop giving him so much attention. That's the best promotion he could ever ask for. If they didn't do that he would sell WAY WAY less copies. As for whether he should be allowed to, if we believe in the Bill of Rights, he should. He won the court case unfortunately.

I totally understand what you are saying.
There is a lack of social responsibility in this country that is devestating. People value freedom of speech over goodness.
But, since the first ammendment is quite possibly the most important, let the fool sell his stupid bok. Just don't buy it.
Peace to you and yours.

Honestly, no because of the fact he is making money off the fact that he murdered two innocent people. It's dumb, and it makes no sense. we live in a world that is based around money. society is cruel, and yet we can do nothing about it. the book is expected to raise $3.5 million in sells. I was a small kid during the trial, and believes that god has something for him when he dies.

Sure, I think he should be allowed to sell the book, but I also think Goldman's parents as well as Nicole Brown Simpson's families should have the right to sue him for causing them undue anguish by writing something so vile.

Yes it is disgraceful, and if people did not have such a sick desire to read it it woulsd not sell.
Of course we have what is called double jearpardy in this country and he has been found not guilty.
Sooooo he has the right to write what he wants.
Just like gays have the right to put sick issues on our ballots, post sick pictures on yahoo 360, and discuss sick topics online he has the right to print what he chooses.
But to answer your question we are living in a sick decadent society that celebrates immorality and shuns freedom of speech...go figure.

I see no just reason why he should be censored. I also find it distasteful, but that's no reason to bar his freedom of the press. Those who disapprove of the book should not buy it.

P.S. Why is this in LGBT? Has O.J. come out of the closet?

I think he is in his own private prison and he will never be respected as long as he lived. Also with the civil suite against him he will never be able to make any money again with out having to pay it to the families of those he murdered.

Also are you lesbian or bisexual? I am just wondering why this is posted here?
