Not extreme. Extreme means you are loyal no matter the reason and that's dangerous. There are times when you must let a person pay for his own mistakes or when you must step back and say this is wrong.

Extreme loyalty and blind faith are two major causes of war and bloodshed. I'll pass on both.

Yes I feel extreme loyalty to my children and grandchildren,also to my friends who were a tower ofstrength to me. If one can't be loyal to those they love what hope have they got in life?

My wife, 2 sons and 3 grandchildren. The rest of the world can take a flying leap into the unknown.

Absolutely!!

Toward any one of my family. Also toward those groups that I am a part of.

However this does not mean that I approve of everything they may do. But it means that I will protect them from 'attack' from others if I can.

Extreme connotes radicalism and I am not going that far.

You know what extremists are capable of, I 'm sure.
