Is it gas? I joined the Gas insurance scheme which covered all my pipes, boiler, radiators and all the fittings and labour costs. It's a bit expensive, but I had a new boiler that refused to work and I called them out every day free of charge until they gave in and put another brand new boiler in. It saved me a ton of money.

Phone up Ravenheat and ask for the name of a Gas Engineer that specialises in Ravenheat Boilers in your area. The keep a register of engineers and that way when one arrives you know that they know what they are doing.

one question i have is -- does the boiler heat up the water in the tank and does not deliver it to your house fixtures? if this is the case then it sounds like the aquastat is bad. this is the valve that allows hot water to flow from your boiler to your radiators & faucets. it is supposed to open when water in your boiler reaches a pre-determined temp.if bad it can work intermitantly or not at all. good luck.

Assuming that you have checked the obvious, including pressure then I must go with Fluffy Bunny and suggest that you arrange for a Ravenheat nominated engineer to attack the problem.
