A leader must be without a hint of blame or wrongdoing. He/ she should not even be implicated by association as the leaders of the country are the one's the people of the country look to for LEADERSHIP. They must be paragons of virtue.
Zuma had a relationship (corrupt regardless of what people say) with Shaik, a convicted felon. Selebi has confirmed that he had a friendship with a criminal. He should step down while the investigation is taking place. If he is found not guilty he should be re-instated if he is guilty he should be punished.
