There are 192 member countries recognized by the United Nations, and 193 recognized by the state department of the U.S. There are currently 9 (the number is disputed) planets if you count Pluto and 8 if you don't, but that is just in our solar system. There are a lot more planets out there.

I believe there are a little under 200 countries (complete guess).

And there are 8 "official" planets in our solar system. I believe there are also three dwarf planets (pluto included).
