Yea, this sounds like you need the court to help you on this sweety...
If he's been self employed you might want to know also how long he's been self employed and how much he's claiming...This is all going to be done through court...Perhaps you can ask the court since he's self employed if it can be garnished from his bank account...I'm not sure if this is legal, but maybe ask the court or get some legal help...
Good luck.

Get child support services involved, every state has one. If he chooses to still not pay his child support, then there is little you can do. Keep on the case if you have CSS involved, inquire, get a new contempt hearing, put him in jail. If he doesn't want to pay, they can put him in jail, suspend his license, tack on interest etc. But one thing to be happy about is that when your children turn 18, he may no longer have to pay support, however, he will still have to pay the back balance of the support, and if he finishes when the kids are 25 then so be it.

Well if you have already taken him to court and he is not keeping his promise. Take him back to court to have the judge garnish his wages.

Try child support services ask for government assistance they will go after him for what help you get also remind him that more states are getting tougher on child support. In Tenn. if they get behind they loose any state license drivers hunting even to practice medicine. He could also have his federal tax refund seized to pay back support.

You, personally, can't do anything to get him to pay his child support. You will have to let the court system handle it. They have ways of handling non-payment......it's called "Jail"! A few nights in there, and he will pay it like he should. Good Luck!!

Depending on what state you are in, you may be able to apply for the "CHIP" program. If you qualify, and know your husband's location. That state will go after him. Give me a buzz at amante71@yahoo.com if you do not know where to go to apply.

Who knows men are such *** holes, maybe call him up and threaten to take the kids until he pays. That might not work either and then your kids suffer. Im interested in seeing the answers for this one.
