for the first 8 months he only did it at a couple of parties(3) with his friend, 2 in font of me, He says he wasn't lying, but I didn't know he was doing it every single day!!!!!

Leave him, because if he is lying about something like smoking pot, he'll lie about anything. Trust is VERY important in a relationship

get over it, move on, in the grand scheme of things thats very minor, if hes nice to you, treats u well and is a good person then who cares about the toke.
