Can you return opened makeup at walmart? I know at CVS you can but was wondering if walmart will take returns/exchanges for such products.

I have done it before, it's called customer satisfaction, even if they give you a gift card, take it. You should have no problem taking the item back. If you do just request to talk to a manager and emphasize that you are just simply not satisfied with the product. People take back ceiling fans with no box and no receipt, it makes it no different than makeup.

Yep,you can return opened makeups at the Walmart Store at the Customer Survies by returning/echanging them back.

In Canada you could return unopened makeup and get a refund. in case you have opened it then you definately can in basic terms get save credit or you could swap it out for an merchandise of equivalent or lesser fee.

If it is not faulty, why should they? If it is opened, they can't resell it. Why should they have to raise prices to the rest of us to cover this loss? You opened it........
But ya, they probably do..........
