They've always worked great for me but I've been reading about bad interactions lately with certain individuals so you should definitely use them but stop if you notice any irritation.

I haven't tried the swabs but I have used the nose spray and it works pretty good

I hate any nose spray and never use...so I used the swabs and was amazed!

oh my gods yes!! my wife and i both had a head cold starting a few weeks ago, and within a day or so of using the swabs, we could both breathe again!!

Not to me. Plenty times I use them and they irritate my nose even further so I end up sneezing out the medication anyway. Yeah, sorta gross, I know...
However, i've not had any relief from using this product.

Oh, yea, they work! So does Ariborne. I wouldn't leave home without either one, especially for travel.
