I would say the Pyramid of Khufu (the Great Pyramid). It was listed as one of the 7 Wonders of the Ancient World as far back as Greek times, and people from all over the Mediterranean went to see it. It's one of the most recognizable buildings on the planet, and has inspired buildings all over the world, from Las Vegas to Paris. It's considered a marvel of engineering--the Egyptians built it with only rudimentary tools, only human power, no wheels, yet it's about 12 stories high and less than 1" height difference from one side to the next. It's almost perfectly aligned to the north, and even more accurate when position of the stars of the time are taken into account--at the time, true north was in a blank area of space, not what we know as the North Star.

There are only 2 objects that could be seen from outerspace with a plain eye. The first one is Grand Canyon in Colorado which is formed by nature. The second one is Great Wall of China which is made by human.

This is some excerpt from Wikipedia:
Richard Halliburton's 1938 book Second Book of Marvels said the Great Wall is the only man-made object visible from the moon

I'd say it's either the Great Wall of China, which obviously is in china, and the only made made sturte visable from space, or the Pyrimids at Giza, all of which are made of stone blocks arranged thousands of years ago, by man. Nobody knows how they managed it.

I would guess that to be the Great Wall or the Pyramids.

I know that the Great Wall is supposed to be the only man-made structure that can be seen from outer space.

I would vote for the Grand Canyon in Arizona or Ayers Rock (Uluru is official name) - Australia, because these are actual marks upon the land.
