my boyfriend has serious dandruff? he's tried a lot of different shampoos, even medicated ones. does anyone know of anything that actually works?

tell him NOT to use head and shoulder... it will only get worse...
well, there is a lot of stuff like... CELSUM (red cap ) Works very well, but after a while it will come back...
I know it sounds weird but tell him to use laundry soap, like "Ariel" "tide" with no bleach on it.... when you are taking a shower just take a little and massage the whole head, leave it for 3 to 5 minutes... it hurts ! but you must leave it there... after 5 minutes, rinse and take away all the soap... ( make sure there is no more soap up there )
after this, use any conditioner and get out of the water... Your head will look a little red at first, but after a few minutes it will be the cleanest head ever ! Oh, sometimes it could take up to 3 or 4 times to eliminate all the dandruff...
After this, you can only use once or twice a week... it really works !!
