IT depends.

If you need to run a hard drive, CD drive, and the rest of a traditional PC, then it will be more than enough -- most power supplies are 200 watts.

I'd upgrade if you hook a water heater, water bed, space heater, etc tho.

The is dependent on what other devices connected to the power supply. I would say that yes that should be plenty. What power supply is it?
