From personal experience as my spouse is a Scorpio and I am a Cancer; Cancer and Scorpio are very compatible, from what I have read and been told by psychics (before I met my spouse) they are the most compatible. Cancer and Cancer can work but because they have the same tendencies I could see that working against them more then for them.

yes, definately. I am a cancer with a scorpio, we are very happy and compatable. I also have various scorpio friends with whom I get along great. As for cancer and cancer, I am not sure.

With all the elements, two of the same element are compatable. All Waters are compatable with each other (Cancer, Pisces, and Scorpio) All airs, (Gemini, Libra, Aquarious ) All Fires (Leo, Sagatarious, Aries) And all Earths (Capricorn, Taurus ,Virgo)
