Based on your question, pursuing a PhD degree would not be a good choice for you.

Scince PHD is not to do with difficult/easiest subjects. its more the discipiline itself. the skills . Once you aquire these skills then any subject is as easy as the next. trust me I have a PHD and I will never go down that line again....

gaining a phd is about learning about a specific area of a topic, choosing the easiest is not what you should be trying to do!
