Sure, who is going to know. But doesn't the wool in the suit itch? And be careful with the jeans when you zip up the fly at the club. I've had that happen, it was bad (almost as bad as in Something about Mary).
Great idea for 1st date, potentially saves a lot of time and will make a great impression - will show you were thinking ahead and are confident.

as long as he has good personal hygeine, it shouldn't be a problem. but if he doesn't believe in toilet paper or showers, he's going to have a lot of pants to wash!!
