Simple: Super-intelligence. Then I could make an Ironman like suit. I could discover cures for diseases. Figure out this aging thing. Etc..........
We've had this question before. Knowing how to do a million things is mucho better than being able to do one thing.

To manipulate objects around me, whether by telepathy or some sort of magnetic ability (kinda like Magneto). That way I could will myself to fly and make objects into different things, and telepathically control different objects.
Either that or the usual: super speed, super agility, super strength, etc. But if I had those abilities, I wouldn't want to look exaggeratedly muscular (like all those classic superheroes). I'd just want to look myself (looks can be decieving ^_^) but have those abilities. I wouldn't want to stand out from the crowd too much, though I'd want to look like something along the lines of Kite from .hack or some cool character from .hack weilding twin blades like his!!! >_< Those who play the videogames would kinda know what I mean. I think it would be really cool if I could do that in the real world!
of course, I would use my abilities with responsibility and care. ^_^

To transform into 100 diffrent elemental dragons plus an ultimate dragon that encases all of the with more 100 times the original power mixed into one to use in a tight spot.
