I had back surgery seven years ago and ever since then I occasionally wet the bed. I normally wear protection for this, but It's made me very shy about dating. Any advice?

GO to the doctor. There are actually Nurse Practitioners that focus entirely on Incontinence.
You would be amazed at all the trick of the trade they have.

Try not drinking anything after 6 pm. That should give you time to get all the extra urin out.
