i am working. i have nothing to do at work. my bosses told me to play on the internet or read or whatever when i have nothing to do. and, i finished my book.

ah man don't feel insecure. Your feeling as though ur a nuisance because you feel you have nothing to offer to the people that surround you. Try and help yourself be of assitance either through your company, intellect, or maybe your the type of person thats good to keep around because you give hope to others. Try gping out with a positive attitiude. I'm sure it'll pay off.

I've been there and i know its not fun. When that happens you should turn to GOD. He never thinks that you're a nuissance and always will love you. So when you feel like this cry out to him. It worked for me!!
