In the sense of Dracula, I don't think so. Vampires are such a pain in the neck, and their work is in vein.

I dont think Death would hate vampires. WHo else provides death with soooooooooooooooooo many bodies over the centuries??? If a vampire has to drain at least ONE person a day for the rest of their uhhhh unnatural lives LOl THAT equals a LOTTTTTAAAAA killing. So if anything, they are making Death work HARDER. :-D I guess it all depends on how vampires need to feed though.
