Well, she's one of my friends, everyone says she's really pretty but I don't think so. She has brown hair, straight cut to her shoulders with layers and side-swept bangs. Dark brown eyes and really fair skin. She's not overweight but not amazingly skinny. She dresses simply with "cute" accessories- always wears high-heels and has designer bags. Guys are always flirting with her, even though she has a boyfriend. Do you think she's ugly, too?

Well for her face, she has OK eyebrows and a nose that has a bump in the bridge- some of my friends say its cute, I think it's gross.

Hi,
Your friend sounds like she is really cute and that maybe you are judging her so harshly because you feel a little jealous of her.
If you are feeling a little jealous...don't feel that way since God made you and He loves you just the way you are.
I'm sure that you are just fine the way you are so don't go changing yourself in order to be just like your friend...but don't judge your friend either because it's just not right and could ruin your friendship with her.
Remember that everyone is unique in their own special way.
Instead of judging your friend or being a little jealous of her...try to learn from her.
Perhaps you like her "cute" accessories..then ask her if she could go shopping with you and help you pick out some accessories for yourself. learning from other people can sometimes help to your own advantage.
Anyway, jealousy wont get you anywhere so just be yourself and be the best person that you can be.
Always remember that beauty comes from the inside out...not outside in.
Good friends are hard to find so keep the ones that you got!!!

From how she's described she doesn't sound ugly at all! Even if she's not the most beautiful person in the world, maybe the guys like her for her personality.
Perhaps you should hang out with her more and try to remember why she's your friend and not worry too much what she looks like.

not tryn to be mean but.....STOP HATEN.......u should really get to know her.....may shes a really sweet person & have a good heart & thats what makes her good looking......its all inside. stop with the high school games carma is a mother its going to bit u in the *** later, always be nice treat others like how u want to be treated. if some one dont like u for who u r then u dont need them in ur life. just see if shes a good person its not going to hurt to try...u never know she can be ur bestest friend......but stop all the haten its not going to get u anywhere......love everyone...i was like that in high school...like ewww shes not even hot what do ppl see in here....but after haven kids & getting married...u see everyone one have a good heart & thats what makes them pretty in the outside... good luck

I'm wondering why it matters to you. If the guys flirt with her, obviously they see something in her that you don't. It may not be your definition of "pretty", but they see something.
And I wouldn't want one of my "friends" saying things like this about me, and I would bet neither would you.

Do you smell that? I smell jealousy. You're hatin' on your FRIEND, sweetie, and that's not cool. You need to work on your issues within yourself or you don't need to call her your friend anymore because you're not seeming to be a very good one. Friends build you up, not put you down. Doesnt sound ugly to me. Everyone is beautiful or handsome in their own way..real beauty lies in one's character. Not only how they look physically, how they dress and all. I know of pple who dress very funny but are very kind and gracious that I can see nothing in them besides their beauty..so if she is virtuous she is more beautiful
