I like turkey and cranberry sauce on toast. And I like to make turkey and cranberry quesadillas.

Just take leftover cranberry sauce(fresh, not that canned crap) and spread on a tortilla. Then top with shredded turkey and put slices of brie cheese over that.Place another tortilla on top. Spray pan with nonstick spray and place quesadilla in pan and toast until browned. Then flip over and toast for another 4 minutes. Serve with cranberry sauce to dip.

I make turkey a la king
which is just like chicken a la king

and you can use the a la mix

to make real nice individual
turkey pot pies........
