I don't understand your question... but this refers to a Security Update for Flash Player (KB923789)

Did you install this? If so go to Add/Remove programmes and see if you can remove this update.
Remember and tick the box at the top that says show updates.

Go to control panel and click on sounds then click on volume and raise the level. Also check the speaker connection to the PC in back. Look on the bottom of the monitor tool bar; the little speaker, you may have clicked on it and lowered or muted the sound. Good Luck
