Clip a ball peen hammer on your bike where you can reach it quickly.
If the dick cuts you off while you are performing a legal maneuver, I'd call that an assault. Defend yourself.

I ride in Massachusetts where fortunately lane splitting is illegal as it should be in every state. What are you going to do when you kick the guys car and he decides to turn the rest of the way into you. If I were you, I would stop lane splitting and then I would not have to worry about it.

there have been cases even as my brakes weren't contained in the finest structure--so i might want to stay contained in the right lane, and save an rather probability-free distance from the motorcar in the front of me. Then, some sensible-@$s cuts in and is going slowly--i'm afraid i am going to hit him. thankfully that by no potential befell, besides the undeniable fact that it would want to. in the journey that they see someone in a everyday automobile driving slowly contained in the right lane, they ought to imagine that the guy is doing so for a reason...

Well maybe don't split the lane next time. If you do it and they find out, you could be looking at legal action against you. It's illegal in Florida, but I wouldn't do it if I could, to dangerous, I'm not in that big of a hurry.

haha! Good times, I cut off a motorcycle rider when he was lane splitting on the freeway going kind of fast and he went through my rear window, while his bike went under my car cracking opening my gas tank and bended the crap out of my chassis. I ended up with a new car paid by his insurance. Thank you! lane splitter!

Lane splitting may be legal, but is dangerous. If the car can't see you, then it is your fault. Stay out of the blindspot. Otherwise, you will become one with the pavement.

You should look into getting a hood mounted machine gun. As a Marine myself, living in Dallas, this is certainly a "must have item"... One that is sure to be a great stocking stuffer this holiday season.

Your choice..........
When I do something stupid I expect to pay for it.
If I were to ride between lanes, I would expect to get squashed.
I knew there was something strange about California the first time I went there.

I knew a biker that carried old spark plugs in his pockets. He'd wing one at a jerk that cut him off (they make nice dents). I personally wouldn't resort to violence unless my bike was hit, or the cut-off resulted in a crash.
You need a different motorcycle. I like the one with a rocket launcher mounted to it. What's your preference?
