I've got pleco, changed water, clean all the time, but it's turned by large rocks, not gravel black. I've removed them from tank. Can I boil them in hot water to kill algae?

First keep your tank out of direct sunlight also do not leave your tank light on all day, get an algae eater, and use a algae scraper to srape it off

Clean your tank, wash the rocks and everything you have in there. Buy a couple algae eaters. All Aquariums should be cleaned at least once every 4 to 6 weeks. Myself, I clean mine once a week, and it is a 100 gallon tank. Hard work, but I love my fish.

i would be very careful changing the water frequently, that can kill them

either get new rocks, or buy some fertilizer to remove it
