I'm off to a job interview in a little bit. My question is, I just got new eyeglasses. They look very nice...but they're D&G and say that in rhinestones on the side. Should I not wear them or does it not matter?

Are they necessary for you to see clearly? If yes, wear them. They're not looking at your glasses, they're looking at what skills you bring to the company and if you're a good fit for that company. It's always good, however, to have a simple, elegant back up pair in the event that you are uncertian if your glasses are totally out of line for the company. One of our drafters had very nice, chic BCBG glasses.

I think it depends on the company you're interviewing with and the career you're interviewing for. If you see this company as liberal (or chic), go with the glasses, if you would like to show a more conservative aspect of yourself, leave them behind. I personally think a woman in nice bold, trendy frames looks not only stylish, but intellectual as well. I guess I would say go with the glasses. There's always room for individualism. Good luck.

It depends on the job you are interviewing for and where you are interviewing. When I interview I try to dress as conservative as fashionably possible. I try to focus the attention on what I am saying and not so much on what I am wearing. Good luck on your interview!

depends on the job. If its a business w/ suits and all that i probably wouldnt wear those glasses unless you think its acceptable and will help you stand out a bit.
