Sweetie, I hate to tell you this but your car has a flat tire and its 29 degrees out there. Then you might want to offer him a ride to work. ;-)

That is a tough one. If you can see the car out the window, you can say, "Oh my goodness".
He will say, "what?"
Say, "I think your car has a flat tire. I can see it from the window and the car does not look right."
That is one way of telling him.
Otherwise, you just have to tell him that you thought the tire was just low but it might be flat. Ask him if he can check it. He will see the flat and just fix it.

Call a tow truck and have them change it before he gets up--or go change it yourself--believe me once you start changing the tire it won't be so cold
