I was hypnotized. I found that dreams I had been having was from my past life. I have dreamt for many years that I would die when I was 42. The closer I came to that age I started having panic attacks. So I went into therapy. My shrink hypnotized me. I found out that when I was 42 as a woman named Rachel. I lived near Carson City Nevada. I was a showgirl back in the 1930's. While in my dressing room, a man rushes into my room, grabs me by the throat, throws me on the bed and shoots me in the head. I am now almost 51. Being hypnotized at 41 helped me so much. I finally realized I wasn't crazy after all. How did it feel? The only word that comes to mind is .......surreal.

I had it done 2 years ago by a local medium.
In two hours she took me thu 4 previous lives. The crazy thing is, each life she described had an element directly connected to my life now. (And believe me, Im sceptical of everything til i am directly proven otherwise)
Anyway, I did some research on one of the lives using the things she told me. (dates, names, places, etc) After finding some truth of existance to this info, there was one thing that didnt fit. And nothing else came even close so I forgot it for a while. Some months later, I found myself trawling thru websites somewhat aimlessly, when I stumbled across a link that made all the hairs on the back of my neck stand up! Following it further, the penny finally dropped and there I was looking at a portrait of who I was in a previous life! (freaky stuff!) You see, the medium didnt directly tell me who I was because she didnt actually know. She simply passed the bits of info that spirit provided her with. Imagine it like a jigsaw puzzle with the some pieces missing that one day hoovering, you move the sofa and there they are.
Well, I think that if your'e intrigued...Past Life Regression has got to be high on your 'Life To-Do' list !!

No, but i really want to. I know someone who did, she went with her two friends and it turned out they were friends in their previous lives too! I had my palm read and it was very true, so if i get it done I'll have it done in the same place in Covent Garden. This is all assuming I can be hypnotised of course.
