I am a huuuuuuuuuge dallas fan and i truly believe Vanderslack has not recovered from the " missed GW kick" against Pittsburgh in last years playoff game. Let this bum go and pay him his cash and bring in the other Dallas kicker Shaun Suisham who was better on kick offs and FG's. There keeping this bum because of his track record and probably the cash they commited to him, but this is getting riduculous. He also blew it against Washington when he kick was blocked and the Canuck blamed his FG unit team. Get rid of this Ahole!!

Yes. It don't matter what his percentage is in the past, it matters how many points he puts on the board now. His past record doesn't win games. He misses too much. And besides he is a crying little puss y.

Vanderjagt was the best kicker on paper, but he's never been the clutch kicker that most teams want-like Vinaeteri. Some kickers lose so much confidence after they miss a really big kick, like the one Vandershank missed last season, that they never overcome it psychologically. Look at his misses. All wide right, just like the one he missed against Pittsburgh. Time for a new kicker.

Oh yeah, and another thing about him, his deepest kickoffs seem to always fall between the 6-10 yard line, and aren't very high, so they are returned to the 30 always. Dallas isn't winning the field position battle this way.

I would Say Keep Him, A Blocked FG is not the Kickers fault per say, it's a defensive action. A missed one, like the two he missed vs Indy just missed by a few feet, that's a ball spot problem where he missed it from the same hash mark both times, I'd say spot the ball on the opposite hash mark, he'll be okay. He's still got kick power, just having ball spot problem.

Well he was the best Kicker on paper until this year. He had the highest percentage of made field goals. Also, in the Washington game, the gates were open, any kicker would have been blocked. He is a bit of a baby, but he is still good, got to let him ride it out.

Yes, drop him but you can't blame the loss last week against the 'skins, that was a blown blocking assignment.
