i am in dilama with imbalance of my professional life and personnel life. At the same time ethics are causing too much distrubence to my life. can any one help me out and solve my problem. I even can not understand what to do and what not to do.

What's your ethical problem? I mean, I guess in my life, my ethics and morals define who I am, in all facets of my life. If you're in sales, you may as well toss your ethics out the window. I know the hard way that ethics and sales should never be uttered in the same sentence. If that's what you're having trouble with, hang it up. I changed careers, because while I was good at sales, I couldn't sleep at night because of all the crap that was associated with it.
Tell us what ethical problems you are having. If you have a strong sense of ethics, then, that is a good thing. Not a bad thing. You are who you are, and no amount of hoping that your ethics will change is going to help that.
Don't let a career change you into someone you are not, especially if that means that you have to compromise who you are to attain that goal.

You tell us nothing about your problem, so I can't see how we can possibly help. The only thing I can say is that it's very important to have a balance in life. And your ethics are something you should never compromise. Best of luck to you.
