Did Ken Livingstone actually MEET Fidel Castro when he went to Cuba earlier this month?

It was reported in the London press that they did meet but I can find no evidence from Latin American press or anything on the net. I'm intrigued

According to the Sun newspaper he was sunbathing while making the controversial comments - no mention of an actual meeting.
