You need to check the legality in your area first. After that, you can get a piece of junk for 10 bucks. Benchmade makes good automatic knives in the U.S., expect to pay 200-500 for a good one. Next, ask why would your friend would want one? And why get it through you if his intentions were legitimate? Automatic knives are useful only to law enforcement, military, or collectors.

The most important thing to remember when buying a switchblade is that the seller MUST have a visible tattoo. Also, their name should begin with a consonant that falls in the middle third of the alphabet and they should have been born on a odd numbered year. Switchblade vendors should drive only american made cars that are older than you that are blue or green and have been driven under 150,000 miles. Once you've confirmed all of these things apply to the seller of the switchblade, you can be confident in your decision to buy it!

first of all bullshit, of course its for you, and if it really is not, don't say its for me, cuz ppl will automatically suspect u anyway. cost depends on who u get it from. to leagly get a good switchbalde prpbably cost as much as a regular knife, illegally will cost more, unless u just go to a bad part of town and take one out of a dead body (make sure the cops arnt around when u do though)
