I am still just a begginer in website building so please provide step by step information. Please keep in mind that I use Geocities FREE to build my website and I need visitors to fill some form so I can contact them like e-mail adresses, phone numbers....etc

You can edit the examples to add additional fields if you want for phone numbers, addresses, etc., or just use the Page Builder applet to drag and drop your form elements.
