A bottle of her favorite perfume ( always a very welcomed gift ) Also if she loves chocolate like most females of all ages do, get her a nice gift wrapped box of assorted chocolates. Not knowing your budget ...but here is a sweet idea... get a stuffed animal ( the dollar stores have very nice ones for $2.00 and a small bottle of perfume and tie the perfume on the arm of the stuffed animal and put in a cute gift bag. She'll love it.

bath and body works is nice, cuz its only $7-9...or depending on how well you know her...compile a nice CD with songs that have special meaning, or attach a note saying why you picked each song (whether it reminds you of her, or makes you want to be with her) if you are artistic, draw her something, or try making a scrap book or starting a collage of memories. we go for the sweet stuff just as much as the pricey stuff.

I always loved candles. Body lotion is great too. If she collects something, like carousel horses or snow globes that is always a plus. If not you could always take her to lunch and the movies. There are tons of ideas available and if you need less expensive than that, you can always make a cd of her favorite songs too.
