first thoughts and remarks on the wii and ps3 and any defects?

here's what i heard.
Wii seems to be doing fine, a few controlers have had functionality problems (extra ones not the ones that come with) but if you get one of those keep your reciept and take it back.
PS3 having MAJOR problems. Resetting TVs, not playing games, not playing older games, framerate, no sound, mismatched sound, freezing and even setting on fire!! IGN.com released a 3 page report of all of the problems with it.

For now if you're buying consoles get a 360, then a wii when they're available (hard to find right now) and together it will be cheaper than a ps3. oh and the ps3 basically has no good games...

i dont really see any flaws with the wii at this point (heck , i spent all night playing twilight princess.lol), but what does concern me is the problems with the ps3... its just sad
