I was looking at the game saturday and saw Rutgers lose to Cincinatti. And they were saying that that lost benifits Lousiville becuase if we are all tied Louisville will have the advantage since they beat WVU. So will we go to a non BCS Bowl game ?

They'd have to go as an at-large team with Louisville getting the conference's BCS bid. Given that the Mountaineers would probably be in the top 5 or 6 if they win out, I'd say they'll probably get one of the at-large bids, either to the Orange, Sugar, or Fiesta Bowls.
