how do i grow the wheat grass plant they have at all the smoothie places?

is it hard? where do i buy it?

Check at some of your local L&G centers. Ask for wheat grass or some centers call it cat grass. The seed is inexpensive and very easy to grow. Soak it in water for one night and then sprinkle it over some scratched up ground. At our place it's about 75-99 cents/lb.
