Yes, out side of a mall that had just opened up. It was standing on the sidewalk and was dressed up like the statue of liberty. It looked so real and was standing perfectly still and every now and then he would slightly move his/her head or arms, or would take a couple of steps when someone walked pass. It was really neat

In the subway station (NYC) there's this guy that dances with a full size doll. She looks like a real woman. It's pretty cool.
